Regions: As a Territory Associate, you will be responsible for one of the following regions, performing boots-on-the-ground service:

  • Eastern: MI, DC, IN, KY, LA, GA, MS, AL, FL, NC, SC, TN, VA, PA, NY, OH, WV, ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, DE, MD

What You’ll Do: As a Territory Associate at ReviewPoint, you'll be at the forefront of our market expansion strategy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Market Research: Research and make contact with potential target clients within your designated territory.
  • Client Outreach: Perform daily outreach through phone calls, Zoom calls, text, and in-person visits to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Sales Support: Assist clients in your region with the implementation of customized marketing strategies created by ReviewPoint Account Managers to help them achieve their business goals using our tools and services.
  • Problem Solving: Act as a trusted advisor, troubleshooting issues and providing innovative solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor market performance, provide regular reports, and offer proactive recommendations to optimize market penetration.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams, participating in feedback loops to meet and exceed client needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales or territory management, preferably in an agency, tech, or start-up environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Customer-Centric: A genuine passion for helping clients succeed and a proactive approach to problem-solving and service.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools and platforms. Things change and advance quickly; therefore, a high level of flexibility and adaptability is essential for this role.
  • Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable with driving, walking, lifting, standing, and other physical activities as needed.
  • Team Player: Must have a growth mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Please, no fixed mindsets or egos.
